Great service, whole family goes to them
Office manager could speak nicer to the receptionist and the hygienist. The receptionist seemed to be learning about billing and the office manager was not patient at all with her I felt bad for her to be spoken to that way.
I truly like the friendly, and professional environment, also like the fact that you keep the Office more as a family Dentist rather than just a business office!! Makes more comfortable for me and my family!! Thank you for striving hard to maintain that atmosphere. That takes the fear away from visiting your Dentist!! Enjoyable experience. Thank you!!! Beside that every member of the Accaoui's love the Paolucci 's

I really like the text message reminder for the appointment; Denice, hygenist, was thorough, quick and professional! Office Mgr,Marie, was prepared to answer my questions for benefit options next year. Must have heard me speaking to Denice and had everything ready for me when i came out to speak with her... GREAT customer service on all ends, even Dr. Kaufman - very pleasant
The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Everyone has always answered my questions in as much detail as I needed. I love Dr Kaufman – she's been very attentive, caring and committed to my wellbeing, and it's obvious she is a master in her profession. Tara was very good with my cleaning and explained things clearly to me. However, I felt she could have spent more time polishing my teeth.
