Marie is very helpful in explaining my insurance coverage and payments. She does her best to accommodate my schedule, when I make appointments. Dr Kaufman takes the time to answer all my questions respectfully and patiently. I do get frustrated with the frequency of cavities in my mouth; especially since I take good care of my teeth and since I haven't experienced any discomfort, but Dr Kaufman had me look at the x-ray and explained that we can wait to fill the cavity, but it's better to fill it when it's small, before it ha... read more
When rescheduling appointments let the patient know the new appointment will be with a different staff person.
Stacia is a fabulous hygienist--quick but thorough and pleasant to be with. She takes care of everything and helps me understand any issues I may be having. Going to the dentist isn't one of my favorite things, but she makes it *almost* enjoyable!
Dr. Kaufman and Stacia are excellent. Always cover all information needed to proceed with my dental work. Friendly, affable and comforting. Also, I would be remiss if I left out Marie. She is amazing at what she does. You've got a great staff and I am lucky to have you as my dental provider.
I have nothing but praise for Dr. Paoluci and his team. I have been going to this dentistry for 50 years and I love them all.
I like the friendly atmosphere and how your greeted when you come in the office and sometimes they know you by name. lol I give Paolucci Family Dentist 5 stars!
Excellent care and staff.
Stephanie is awesome. A true professional as well as friendly and kind. Always explains things well. The same goes for Marie and Dr. Kaufman.
