When I first came the this practice, what was really appealing to me was that home feel and face to face one on one. Now for something reason something shifted, I do enjoy the text message reminders of my appointments but I used to actually like when someone called me, the easy of maybe switching my appointment right there was more convenient. The amount of texts, phone calls as reminders is rediculous. It's very unprofessional. I will stop answering them bc it's redundant.

I really appreciate that every time I go, they all genuinely ask how I am doing and ask about school. Everyone there is very nice and it is obvious they really care about their patients and are good at following up with any issues that come up during a routine dental exam.
