I have been a patient since the late 80s.You are not going to lose me.
This was my first root canal, and being a biologist, I would have enjoyed Dr. Marucki explaining each step of what he was doing. I'm sure some folks would HATE that and prefer utter silence (neither Dr. Marucki or the assistant said a word during the whole hour). The assistant answered all my questions afterwards (what was he doing with this, what was he doing when this was happening, etc.) Probably for most folks, "Silence is Golden" however....
The appointment reminders sometimes are overwhelming. Most times I get several text messages, an e-mail, and a phone call from staff, even after confirming. It would be good if this could be co-ordinated. It can cause angst to confirm and then to keep getting text messages and phone calls after that to keep confirming. Thanks, Bretton Williams.
Stacia does an amazing job every time I meet with her. She is kind, courteous and I wouldn't want anyone else to work on me except her!
Dr Mirucki is an excellent endodontist. During the procedure, I felt totally taken care of, and could tell that he was a true craftsman. He was great at explaining everything to me as he worked on my root canal, and saying things to keep me relaxed. After the procedure, he went over everything and patiently answered all my questions. My only feedback is that I was so nervous about the shot that I would have preferred a more calm environment in the room (no rock music on the radio). The whole staff is top notch and I look forward to visiting my dentist because I know I'm in good hands who are putting my well being first.
