I've been a patient for decades now, and the level of service has continued to expand over time, always for the better. I'm very pleased with the staff -- Marie in the office, Denise the dental hygienist, and Drs. Paolucci, Kaufman and Mirucki are all especially noteworthy. I always receive terrific professional care, delivered with compassion, courtesy, humor, and the highest standards of excellence.

Everything was fine, as usual.
I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, which I think you know, but you do as well as a dentist is going to do, always on time, polite, and professional. Systems are clear, I particularly enjoy the texting, and I've referred you to a number of people. You might be able to hear WXIN, btw, 90.9FM from where you are, if you're in need of a change. If you're in need of new business, send some promotional flyers to RIC's HR office. We hire about 2 dozen people a year, and you work well with our dental insurance.
Everyone did a great job. Made me feel very welcome and comfortable.
