My appointment was changed without explanation and had nothing to do with my hygienist's schedule - I checked with her. I was changed to another hygiene without being told and then changed a third time so I could get my regular hygienist back. I never knew what that was about nor do I wish it to happen again.
Maria is the best! Always explains services and costs. As you know extremely personable. My biggest complaint is that the practice is getting even larger, causing it to become harder to get an appointment. Although, to be fair, I recently had an emergency, and was seen the next day. Now for a small complaint, I think you should give out samples. My husband always comes home from his dentist with a bag of new products.

I like that she showed me my x-rays and explained what the cavities look like and what she's seeing so I'll know what to look for in the future and have a better understanding of what the doctor is saying.
Just keep doing what you're doing. Been a patient there for over 30 years, always satisfied.
I was there for a cleaning with Stacia; she is always amazing and does a wonderful job! I also met with Dr. Kaufman. She is the best dentist, bar none, that I have ever been to! I followed her to this office from Newport and I couldn't imagine having another dentist. She is the most professional and personable dentist and has the best manner with patients that I have ever seen.
