Bad Coloring – Eventhough I told the colorist that I want to be blonder she dyed my hair darker than my natural hair color. She Ruined my hair. Going there was the MISTAKE of my life.The worst coloring and the rudest colorist ever.

Go get the free haircut! – I started going to them as a "hair model" a while back. I usually go get the razor bob and they do a great job. Basically as mentioned previously in another review your hair is being cut by a hair professional that is learning the B&B hair techniques. so they ask me about my hair, what i do, what my routine is to get a feel of what I need in a haircut which is good considering i'm not paying for it. they recommend products to me but aren't pushy. they also customize it, they gave me a long sweeping... read more
the Royal Treatment – I highly recommend Bumble and Bumble to anyone who needs a haircut. I went there the first time I decided to get a drastic style makeover, afraid of what the end result was. Awful for a High-End Salon – This salon is not worth your time or money. If you want a good cut, go to Frederick Fekkai. FF makes B&B look like white trash. The girls are flaky, inconsiderate, and self-absorbed. I think they spend more time choosing their outfits in the morning than they do learning how to cut hair. DO NOT GO TO KORINNA. SHE IS AWFUL. TERRIBLE-REALLY TERRIBLE! WORST $100+ bucks ever spent. – 1st I got a free graduated bob. It was great. So I went back a month ago and paid 100$+. BIG MISTAKE. The stylist butchered my hair! In another six weeks my hair will be passable in some kind of style, MAYBE. The bottom line is if you want a hairstyle that REQUIRES SKILL like a graduated bob --go and get the free haircut while the stylist is being WATCHED...because otherwise odds are the stylist you get will be too booked or lazy or unskilled like the one I got... and... read more
Best haircut I've ever had (but for the price, it better have been!) – I have to say...I had the best haircut of my life from B&B (stylist was Sydney). Not only did it look great the day of, but it just got better over the next 2 weeks. I brought in pictures...she was able to give me exactly the cut I had in mind, but in a way that was best for my face frame and lifestyle. My blowouts since then have been flawless. Bumble and Bumble is for a haircut not a trim – I have been going to this salon for a year and i have never had a complaint. I am not a girly girly, i am not rich, i am just an everyday girl that loves a good haircut. It's expensive but it's worth it.
