Best Haircut I have ever had – I just got back from my first cut and color at Bumble and Bumble (Uptown) and I couldn't be happier. Jodie did my color...and Stevie did my hair. I was disheartened because of the review I read about Stevie. I have long thick VERY curly hair (that I always straighten) and I think it is safe to say that this is the best haircut I have ever had. Beware – Do not go to William--especially if you have long hair. Too make along story short, my hair was long and slighly layered, it is now above my shoulders to fix his mistake. I was ignored. The photo I brought in was ignored. William was rude and had too much attitude.
Awful Experience – Girls with long, beautiful hair beware. I just went to the uptown location to get a haircut yesterday. They used a razor and gave me this short, choppy, UGLY haircut after showing my hairdresser a picture of Eva Longoria with a long layered look! My hairdresser clearly didnt listen to a word I said. It was the worst hair experience ever!!!
Fantastic Haircut By Nico – I've been searching for not just a good but a fantastic hairdresser for the last year and Nico is the one!! He took the time to listen to the kind of style I wanted to project through my haircut and delivered that style perfectly. He fixed my previously butchered bangs and showed me not only where I need to grow them out but also a few ways to wear them to keep them fashionably off my face. All of my friends have complimented my newly gorgeous hair. If you want a perfect haircut go to Nico!!!
friendly, trendy salon – I went to the uptown salon and it was great. From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly. It's a great atmosphere and has a cool vibe. There is a small cafe where you can wait, although the wait was less than a minute. The hair washers were very friendly and talkative - mine even gave me a mini shoulder massage! Really horrible – Got my hair cut Ginger and felt that she destroyed my thin hair by only using a razor (very roughly i might add), it was an awful haircut and i felt like she just gave me the same cut she gives all without thinking what is best for my hair. no personal touch and just felt like my hair was abused. never again.

Beware if you like your hair – INCOMPETENCE WITH AN ATTITUDE - AURA (incompetent colorist with an attitude) RUINED my hair. I finally changed salons when I was told that my hair was FRIED and needed to be CUT OFF. This salon uses low grade color products. (found out later) I loved my long hair. And I paid hundreds to have my hair catastrophically DESTROYED. I had been going to this salon for a few months and I kept hoping that it would improve. IT DID NOT.
