Worth the money – Prior to B&B, I had so many bad $50 haircuts that a $100 good haircut is worth it. I've been a B&B client for over 5 years. My stylist who has been with B&B for over 15 years is professional, astute and joy to visit with. No one pushes products. Every one is very low key. There is no attitude, no snootiness. B&B is serious about training of its staff and development of innovative hair products from its own hair dressers' needs and experiences.

Bumble no more – I've been a client of B&B for 6 years. I've had the same stylist and watched her raise in rank and price. B&B USED to be a value but now, I wonder if Im really getting what I paid for when getting a cut. Last time I went, my stylist cut my hair but left her asst. to do the styling while she was attending to two other clients. The asst. did a horrible job and upon final inspection of my hair, my stylist said nor fixed nothing. After 6 years of my time and money, she should know how I like my hair styled. And ... read more

Let Bumble Be – My experiences at B&B have all been good -- occasionally there's a wait, but the staff are friendly, competent and professional (and not too pushy about product) and I've always been pleased with the results. It's a surprisingly down-to-earth, non-prima-donna-ish environment, despite it's high-profile and relatively high prices.
