Don't take their attittude! – This place is a rip off. The stylists have a HUGE attittude. They gave me a cheap, cheap looking haircut for $100. They don't seem to care about clients and still live of their reputation from 5 years ago. They also RUINED my husband's hair. The job was so terrible that the manager agreed not to charge him, just by looking at him. I am not going back there ever again.

Yay! – I got a great cut here from Marcie, she recommended what she thought would be best for my hair and then cut it into a great style.

Cookie-cutter haircuts – I tried this place because I've heard about it for years, and I love their products. Big mistake. I looked around and realized I was getting the same exact haircut as 95% of the women in there. The cut and style were not designed around my features and hair type. After, my hair looked frizzy and damaged (and it never does). I actually cried. Never again. I'm back at my old place, which is wonderful.

Too much hype over nothing – My friend recommended me to go there and i tried it and i was 75% satisfied but i figure it was my hair well then the second time i went, not only did the price go up for the hair dresser but the amount of people that i needed to tip was crazy, the products that they recommend are totally out of controll in price. It is not a very personable place, it is a factory like place!!

Great Cuts – I acutally like their service and great attention. If you read their website it obviously tells you they only cut with razors which makes their cuts the best. I went with a friend for the first time and we let the recpetionist know and she was very friendly, showed us around and introduced us to our stylist Nikki who is great. I only got a cut, my friend got color and did have to blowdry it on her own but we were forewarned by a girlfriend of ours who used to work there. hair factory from hell – I heard mixed reviews about the place but decided to splurge and give it a try...It was a total nightmare! I spent alot of money for a color job I could have done myself with more precision! To top it off I had to dry my own hair after spending $300 for highlights! 1 – I went in for a haircut and color, it was a present to myself to splurge on this salon. I was very disappointed, the colorist screwed up my color twice then I was so behind, I lost my haircut appt with the other person (who was not able to accomodate me) - I had to find someone else at the salon to cut my hair. The person who cut my hair farmed out the blow dry to her assistant. Her assistant blow dried my hair 3 times to get it the way the stylist desired.... 5 HOURS LATER.. I left. Skunked at B&B – I have never been so dissatisfied by a hair salon. I heard this place had a fabulous colorlab and great stylists. They were lies. My colorist skunked my hair. I have discolored streaks, black roots and to top it off I am out $300 dollars. While I was getting my color done others came in to get their's fixed. People have even asked me "who would do that to your hair?" Do not go this salon; they won't even fix their mistakes.

Never Again – This is the second time I've gone to Bumble and Bumble and it will be the last. My appointment was at 6 and she was finished by 6:35 and that was including washing my hair. I had told the stylist exactly what I wanted (which was basically just to have it trimmed). Instead I ended up looking like Lyle Lovett. I had to drop another $120 at Warren-Tricomi for them to fix my hair. I will never set foot in there again.
