Went in on Sunday (Fathers Day) and met one of their sales staff (Jim McCahey) Jim was one of the most professional, product knowledgeable, courteous and at times humorous, sales persons I have ever met !! Long story short, I left Bull Run HD, the proud owner of a 2015 Fat Boy Lo with only 854 miles on it !! When it came to financing some of it, their Finance Mgr (Mike Randall) was again, extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable of extended warranties, and made you feel at ease !! A big Thank You to Chris and the staff at Bull Run Harley! They supported my book “Riding QuickBooks to the Promised Land” by allowing us to have a photo shoot in their dealership. They also stayed open late last Thursday and allowed me to have my book launching party at their location. I love the support that they have shown for my book project. Just because I did not buy my bike from you, when I come in to buy parts I got the cold shoulder from sales people. The parts Dept. was great, got me what I needed and 10% discount.
Thank goodness, a Harley dealership that does not Rob their guests. Bull Run Harley installed my Derby cover, and my Led tail lights in 20 minutes. And for only $28 bucks. Kevin your a good man. Hint, Hint, Quantico Harley.
Just picked up a road king from these guys! They were helpful and kind from the start, they worked with me on trading in my old sportster for the road king and couldn't have made everything go any smoother! Im in love with my new bike and very grateful for the guys at bull run harley for making my dream a reality!!!
