I found the sales professionals warm and welcoming. The sales department was able to answer any questions I had and made me feel valued as a customer without pressuring me for a sale. I dealt mostly with Owen Fargo, who is an outstanding. He greeted me several weeks prior to making my purchase and we established a rapport. Best sales experience I have ever dealt with buying any vehicle period. Emily spear headed the sale and Craig worked his magic to. People always joke and say that they got treated like family , wait until you go to Bull Run HD they really treat you like family.

Excellent experience yesterday at Bull Run H-D. Emily is awesome and went out of her way to make everything happen and make us feel welcome. Mike in finance got me in and out as quickly as possible. If you are in the area and looking for Harley stuff...stop by and see them.
