Everyone was helpful and polite. We showed up late with a mission to buy a bike and the Whitt's crew was extremely nice and since this was my first purchase they walked me through everything. The salesman even ensured the bike I ended up with was perfect for my experience and personality.
Another successful visit to Whitt's service department. Couldn't ask for better service than I got from Joe and Wes. Definitely "above and beyond" efforts from Wes....thanks.
I stop at alot of HD dealerships (in FL & VA) while traveling to get HD shirts for my Dad ....... I have to say that this is the LEAST friendly store that I have EVER been in! No one ever said welcome to the store, nor did they even ask if we needed help :( It was either the owner or manager that was there on our way out, and of course again, not even a "thank you" or a "have a good evening ". Very poor customer service - very sad.
My husband is a loyal Whitts' customer. Great service department. Always do a great job, willing to do what's best for you and your bike. Not always what's most expensive. Joe is great and inspires confidence when you talk. Never taking our bike anywhere else as long as we live in the area.
Unfriendly dealership I will never waste my time going there again !!!
