This is how a Harley Davidson dealership should be! Owned by a person who loves bikes and looks after people, not owned by a big car dealership who's only interest is in the sale. When I first got here 12 months ago, having never lived in the country, I had no credit rating. Tom took a gamble and lent me money to get my bike. I've paid that off now but today Tom's done it again to help me buy another bike for my wife. 2 sales in 12 months with no pressure, no hassle, no hard sell. Just a great experience.
Whitts (Bill in particular) has always been friendly and helpful. You don't feel like you're an inconvenience when talking to their salespeople like so many other dealerships. At the same time I never once felt pressured to purchase something any time I've been there. I came in to buy a new Roadster and was out the door on the bike two hours later. I knew that going in though, as this was my second bike purchased through Whitts (Bill in particular), and if I have my way, many more in the future!
The service and people made my trip there fun and inviting and there not pushing you to buy either I'm definitely going back!!
