RecommendedI had such a great experience here. They went above and beyond to get the sport glide I wanted in a specific color and went all the way to New Hampshire to get it. I’m always so impressed by all of the staff here anytime I drop by, everyone is always so nice and treats you like a friend. They were quick in installing aftermarket parts on my sport glide and allowed me to store my bike there while waiting for it to get picked up and shipped across the country. Bull Run Harley is a awesome dealership!!! Was up there over Rolling Thunder weekend I put more miles on my new 2019 Street Glide than I expected. I was in bad need of my 1K service they got me in and taken care of!! I can not complement the staff enough ! They went out of there way to make sure all my need were met ! And couldn’t have been nicer doing it!! Thanks guys and gals y’all are GREAT

Stopped on memorial day weekend and found staff to be polite and courteous. Was just checking out the shop and explained to them and they still treated us like we were buying a cvo!
I just travelled 300 miles this past weekend. It was well worth the trip. Everyone working there knows what they are doing very professional staff. I have had phone calls from a couple of the staff making sure that I made it home safely and to see how I liked my new bike. They are going to be having more customers from the Ohio valley coming to their way . I highly suggest that anyone needing a bike , parts or apparel to check out Bull Run - Harley Davidson.
