I recently had the SE Torque Cam installed in my 2019 Street Glide and Kevin from Service was great to work with. Everyone from sales to parts to service is friendly and always welcoming.

Emily was fantastic from the first call I made to come see the bike all through out buying process. She is absolutely awesome. I'm a first time buyer of a harley and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Mike was helping me with the finance part, and I cannot say enough good about how quick and easy he made it. Big kudos to them, and thank you for helping me get my first harley!!!
This is my second purchase at HD Bull Run. The customer service at this dealership this week was spot on. Jim was absolutely amazing, he must have showed me about 675 bikes to help me find the right bike for me within my budget. I am so happy with my 2011 Dyna Super Glide. The finance Manager Mike was equality great, offered me all the extras but put no pressure. I really had a nice time there yesterday. Staff were are very friendly and helpful. Vendors were quite nice as well. My Son and good Buddy enjoyed as well!
Great experience! I had the occasion to work with Hilda and Mike R yesterday. They were able to help me with a unique issue. Both were so exceptionally kind, knowledgable and professional. I can't begin to thank them enough for not only going the extra mile, but the extra hundred miles for me! I would highly recommend Bull Run Harley Davidson!
