Absolutely stellar service! Katy was so helpful and communicative, patient with my many many questions and Yousuf was incredibly efficient, quick and did the best quality of work ever. Cannot recommend them enough! Task to be done: Pest proofing and kickboards to be replaced. The pest proofing was in a hard to reach area of the kitchen and Yousuf did it without ripping out the kitchen (which is what all other pest proofing companies suggested). Very poor. Cheap fittings instaled not as per request. Fittings are loose and they refused to rectify. Inferior customer service.
