I've never felt the need to recommend a service company before BUGCO - I recommend them to all my friends because they're so polite, accommodating, and thorough. Germaine visited us today and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and boxes checked. 5 stars all day long!
They take their time to explain things to you and just don't rush through the job. I've used other pest control companies and they never seem to do a thorough job, not with Bugco. They do the job right! Also, the customer service is always A+.

Brooke couldn't have been more professional, he asked many questions to gain an understanding of the different types of issues we were having and gave us several different options to resolve our problems. I think it's been a couple weeks and there's been a noticeable difference as a result of the service received by Brooke.
Germaine was great! He was very punctual and professional. He was very informative and answered all the questions I had concerning the treatment. He was also very detailed concerning where he spraying the pesticide, and cautioned us to wait a while before we went through a certain area that has insecticide.
I had my first service yesterday and was very impressed. Jason was my technician and he was very professional and thorough. I hope they send him out for my next service.
