First off, I would like to say Daniel is the best ever. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and friendly! He would take his time to explain to us the products used, why and when. He was just so easy going! However, the reason I am giving Bugco a lower rating was the customer service on the phone and the cost! My home was being attacked by ants!! Seriously! They were EVERYWHERE. Brook with Bugco came out and checked things out, explained what he saw, treated and explained exactly what he was doing to treat. Very knowledgeable and very kind. Within 2 days, there was not a single ant spotted anywhere near my home. It’s now been about 2 weeks and still no ants. These guys are awesome!
Our technician Chris was very professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you! I showed him a large orb weaver spider on our front porch that I did not want to have killed because she eats the nasty beetles and wasps that come around, and he was able to complete the rest of the service with that in mind. I am happy to say that our big, beautiful spider is alive and well. Great company.👍

They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! When I called, I spoke with Robe who answered all of my questions and concerns and set me up with a technician to come to my house as soon as possible. I absolutely loved our technicians, Sam and Travis!! They did a great job inside and outside our home. Sam was very careful and detailed in our home and explained every step of their process. I highly recommend BUGCO Pest Control and will use them again for our future needs.
