4.15.2020 Moved to a new home since the last post below. This house came with a forest in the backyard. Had BugCo come out again. Our tech Sam came out and laid some rat traps along our fence perimeter, fogged our yard and put some other pest deterrent systems out based on our proximity to the woods and the creatures that call it home. An EXCELLENT experience with BugCo! Germaine was so thorough and explained things very clearly yet simply. You can tell he really knows his stuff! He spent extra time explaining how the issue could be fixed and, overall, he was super friendly, warm and you could tell that he genuinely cared about solving our pest problem so we would never have this problem again.
