Every time we have had a tech out, they have been friendly & proficient. Once, our son became very sick the night before treatment & we were not able to get a hold of your office before the tech arrived. He was so kind, empathetic, & understanding. We had been up all night and he treated us like people, not like paychecks. We really need that. I would recommend these guys to anyone & everyone!
There is a reason why this company has only 5 stars and that’s because they do the most thorough job in town. Do not go to Terminix or Orkin because they will not go the extra mile if/when you need it. Plus the solution they use is so diluted it won’t last long. Trust me on this subject as I am deathly afraid of roaches.... I can hardly type the word!!!! If you want the best then call Bugco and get Brandon to do your service. BUGCO is a an excellent company. Their products are effective, technicians are professional, and inexpensive price. I am hard to please but I am VERY satisfied with BUGCO's services and recommend them to my neighbors and friends.
