Today was my first experience with BUGCO after having Ted Williams for 30+years(now retired). Brandon explained the services, and is such a friendly and knowledgeable young man. He knows his bugs! I’m really pleased and will continue with BUGCO service from now on.
Reese is a great tech and he always has a smile on his face! Very professional and gets the job done while respecting my property.
We just loved Reese M! The service at Bugco goes above and beyond each visit. Today we met Reese who was timely (early) knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The level of service at this company is what all organizations should strive for. I felt confident that my needs were being met and future needs were being addressed. Reese even brought our empty recycle bins back to the house...just because. Bugco now and always.
Bugco was easy to schedule and technician arrived on time. Chris explained the services and options and did a great job. It was easy to set up future service. I would highly recommend Bugco for your extermination needs in the Houston area!
I can't say it enough, but our tech Brandon is amazing!!! He gets rid of the bugs and his customer service is outstanding! Not sure what we would do if he wasn't at Bugco. He makes the experience so personalized. He knows our home in and out and knows exactly what to do to get those creepy crawlies to stay away! This company is by far the best I have ever used. Professional, courteous and educated. We had a serious bug issue and they came to the house immediately (no wait time like other companies) and took their time to make sure the job was done right. They even explained to us what they used and why along with additional helpful tips. Best prices in town! I wish I could give them 10 stars!
Jonathan was friendly and polite and explained everything to me. He did a great job.
I highly recommend BUGCO for all your pest control needs. Just had Justin and Reese from Richmond come out and they did a great job being both Professional and courteous.
