Shayla is the best server hands down! Always gives fast service, never forgets anything, and goes above & beyond. I will always ask for her!
Walked in and said that we would have to wait 30 minutes because they had to place a hold due to not having enough servers. There were TONS of open tables in every section. Obviously not enough common sense to staff a Saturday afternoon appropriately when there are games on to watch.
Just ate here with my family waitress great took over 40 minutes for food on sunday at 12.30 not leaving now till 2.01 pm. That long. Excuse full bar. Probably low staffing in my opinion. Waiter had manager come over because he asked us if we waited long. We said yes manger comes said you requestes me. No we didnt we just answered the guys question. Well...when we came we asked the hostess if we would be able to see our game..."Yes" she say, as long as we sit in the bar. We do. We ask our waiter, can we watch pur game? "Of course", he says. Tick tock...we ask again..."Oh, I told the guy, let me tell him again" so..the guy changes our small tv to, heck, I do not even know who. So, when our food comes, our waiter asked, "is everything ok?" "Well" we say, still no game. His response, "well, I have done all I can do"....Really??!! We came in tonight for a birthday party with over 15 people. From the moment we walked into the door the manager Bonnie was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and made our experience so much fun! Our waiter Tony was great! He made our party awesome! Thank you to BWW for being so accommodating! We will definitely be back!
