terrible customer service. service in general is slow. people are rude. picked up a food to go and didnt receive what I ordered. manager could have cared less. we will never ho to this bdubs again.
food was cold. waited for 30-45min for food. sent back wings weren't cooked thoroughly
We showed up to watch the UFC fight. This location was listed as confirmed on the UFC website. Got there at 9. Still didn’t have our food at 10 when we found out they weren’t actually showing the fight. Now I’ve got $40 worth of wings in my trunk getting cold while I’m at another establishment that is actually showing the fights. Terrible.
Actually wait on people! If you do not want to-which they clearly do not-give self serve! Concept is good-SERVICE IS BEYOND AWFUL
GM Aaron offered excellent customer service. Altho a few areas could use improvements his efforts shined through! Im certain that with his great leadership..also will follow a great team. Amber was very friendly and attentive to our table. 🙂 Thank you!
First time here. Host sat us at a filthy table. The entire place was dirty. I got so sick after eating here. Calling health department tomorrow.
We literally have had the worst experience at your establishment. We arrived at 7 with a party of 10, we had called ahead before our arrival. Once we ordered, we waited over an hour and then were brought out 1 of the three appetizers that we ordered. It's been unbelievable... We kept getting told someone would be out with our food, a manager would be bringing it out, but we are still sitting here and it's been almost an hour and a half since we got here. We were ignored, food was lukewarm, wasted so much time and money. Complained through email and was offered $15 by Brook their GM (a month after my complaint when I reached out again) and asked to give them another chance. That’s barely gas money to get there. No thanks. Customer service here and by their GM is shameful.
