Super nice waitress and was quick but my food was ice cold. Other then that good.
My husband and I went last night. Although the hostess was very polite, the waitress was terrible! She was ignoring me when I asked her a question but she was calling herself flirting with my husband. The lemon pepper boneless wings were very salty, and my wings came in the plates that you put the bones in. I usually have a good experience at this restaurant but last night was awful and I'm not sure if I even want to go back there. it took 40 minutes for my wings to get to me! i had called the order in 20mins before getting their! worst bww... sad thing i had already paid for my stuff

Since I can't give a zero..jist know as much money as I was spending there...the way they treated my family and the racial profile and I called the head company the number the general man Pagie gave me..three and a half months later no call and they dnt answer nor return calls..i feel they could of done more too make these young boys not feel the way they did and do. No child should have too feel that way. All black kids are not bad and do have caring working parents...ijs. #wantbeback
My boneless wings were ok alil over done and so were the wedges. My girlfriend ordered the nachos they were horrible! A lil bit of cheese no meat you had to ask for that to b in it even though the menu didn't say that. Gave her a little sauce bowl of chili for a huge amount of chips. Yes it was alot of chips and onions and tomatoes but barely any cheese and no meat. We will never order that again. The waitress was nice and took it off our bill. This is by far the worst BW3's I have ever been to in my entire life. I was seated before three other tables, yet I got my food about 40 minutes or so after I was seated, and saw the other three tables get their food first. I tried to use the online survey but the waitress took my receipt before I could use the online code. The mozzarella sticks were stuck together, the onion rings were greasy, and there was barely any sauce on the wings.
