Their was nobody working or around. It took forever to get our iPads and I had to ask twice. Our food took forever when the place was not busy. They only took off $5 on my receipt for $5 off $25 for the survey when I also redeem a free kids meal in my Blazin awards which is a totally of $10. But we were late getting to where we had to go so I didn’t have time to go over it again with a manger. Worst bdubs I have ever been to!
Boneless wings were over cooked, hard and very tough and smothered with sauce. The iced tea was old and soured. I ordered 2 medium orders of boneless wings to go and they were the same way. Was very disappointed and it will be quite awhile before I give it another try!
This used to be my favorite place to go for sports and just to have a beer.. this place is went so downhill all the way to the bathrooms. While sitting at the bar there was fruit flies everywhere. The service was super slow. And one of the things we ordered didn't even come out correct and was still charged full price for it. They claim they are always out of tea or is someone just lazy to make it. Takes forever to waited on; poor management literally saw the manager yelling in the restaurant. We literally walked out and drove to the Shelbyville Road location the same day and it was a totally differnt experience. Management is worthless at Dixie Highway
Took over an hour to get our food. Place was dead. Might be time to fire the lazy kitchen staff. Manager wasnt interested in making it right with our group. We will never return. Don't waste your time. Go to Roosters instead.
I usually love this place but service was horrible the food was awful i just took somebody for there first time not a good first impression way to high for awful food
We waited over an hour for our food and when it came out it was COLD!! We had about 10 people in our group and the Manager had the nerve to say it’s because you have a big party and we are busy. How do you call over half your tables empty BUSY!!??? I’m glad we were just passing through because we will NEVER GO BACK!!!
