Horrible service! We got seated at 650pm. It took until 830 to get the first round of food which was cold, second round was cold, no refills on drinks. One chicken wing still had feathers on it! And we still had to pay half price for everything!!! The management had no sense of consideration or urgency to help his servers! Just plain awful!
This has been the worst experience. Was here for 3 hours, for excuse after excuse, a manager to NEVER show up 1 single time. And the waitress to make even more excuses as to why our food came out 4 times WRONG! Then was told we "didn't want our food anymore" only to be left sitting. Yet still NO MANAGER!!! And never even a discount!! Incredible.
We get seated and our waiter takes our drink order myself and the kids get ours but it takes 30 + minutes before my husband gets his beer. Then about 45 minutes onto our visit the waiter takes our order we don't get it until another 45 minutes later and cold. Our waiter was slow and we only saw her about 3 times in the 2 hours we were there. We saw alot of workers just hanging out not many actually working. Poor service, I mean INCREDIBLY poor and they weren't busy. Won't be back.
Its bad when all five of us get sick. The waitress even called the building raggedy
Kitchen messed up the order and had to seek out the manager since waitress disappeared. Ended up having to go up to drink area to get drinks refilled. Most of staff standing around and manager is not visible.
Only 1 server in our area not his fault I dont guess.Worse service I have ever had there and way to expensive.
The service was accurate the waitress was a sweet heart ND she delivered our drinks very quickly ND our food was brought to us pretty damn quick I was surprised because it was a packed house with the Louisville cardinals / Houston game last night over all great place to eat ND watch a game or fight I'd suggest anyone to come here personally I think the waiters/waitresses deserve a better pay raise as hard as they busted their asses last night big ups to #BWW give'em some love
