Great place to eat. Kia the server is amazing and the place is very clean.
Came here with my nephew to watch the fight and we sat they're for 15 minutes before we got our drinks
Horrible customer service, hostess practically ignored me when I waked in. I waited 15 minutes before I got to even order.
Used to love this place dont know what happened to it but the past couple times I have been here they were horrible, cold food, way over priced, ordered sweet tea got unsweetened tea, 30 mins for someone to take our order and the establishment was not busy then I got the wrong order and the waitress got mad because she had to fix it I will not be back anytime soon
I was in your location on Dixie highway Monday 3-21-16 first of all the service SUCKED!!!! Then when I paid my by which I paid with my bank card $16.53 I left NO TIP on the card. But because I'm a decent person I did leave $2.00 cash on the table.when I checked my statement from the bank they added $5.00 to my check I still have my receipt showing I left no tip. This place is ridiculous I will never go back and will be calling when they open
Waited for nearly 15 mins to get a drink order taken & that was by a manager. The server took our order and we literally didn't see her again....had to go get our own refills and then the server showed up and told us some story about being short staffed although there were about 7 servers on the floor and the dining room was no where near capacity. We paid our check and left.
Your restaurant is a joke! I placed my call in order at 6:15, show up at 6:35 and paid for my meal. At 7:35, and still no food. I'm hunting down the manager to get my money back. Busy or not, don't ever keep a paying customer waiting that long. That's a hour of my life I'll never get back.
Terrible service!! That's all I can say right now.
