Took 15 min to place a drink order! Server reaked of smoke! Had to ask another server for silverware after we got our food! The girl who seated us didn't bother to say "hello", "how are you?", nothing. She just had a huge attitude. Our server never checked on us. Then my buddy ends up getting over-charged on the bill! This place is BS! Overpriced food and terrible service!
I loved it we had a family Louisville CARDS gathering Sat the staff took excellent care of us they pulled enough tables together to accomadate our family and we had excellent service and Cards beat Miami loved this place thank you to all the staff.

Had a great time with my family food was good and so was the service
The food was delicious, but the service was horrible. We had to wait at least 45 minutes if not more to get our food. The waitress did explain that there was a large order before us . That does not excuse our order being so slow. We chose BWW to dine lastnight because we assumed we could eat rather quickly, yet enjoy our time together before we had to be at an event at our church.
