Without a doubt the worst experience at any establishment. Waited over 45 minutes for food. Requested a manager (waited 10 more minutes) only to have them say "your server should have told you about 40 minute ticket times! We are just really busy". As I scan and point out numerous open tables. This establishment is beyond awful! Management is a huge concern, when they have zero explanations for poor service! I went in to get a sandwich with my son, its his birthday, and we were refused service because the computers weren't working. I asked if the computers did the cooking, because I doubt they are needed for that. The hostess said they had no way to put in an order. I told her to write it down and take it to the back. We have calculators on our phones, we can figure out how much I owe and pay cash. Absolute stupidity to be refused. I will go across the street to chick fil a!
