It's not that I don't recommend BWW, it's just that the last couple time we went our food has been less then up to par. We went yesterday and I ordered 10 traditional half Asian zing and half teriyaki and when I got the food it looked correct so I didn't think much of it but I went to take a bite out of the Asian Zing and my mouth was ON Fire. This is the third time I’ve ordered from BWW through DoorDash on dixie and the third time they’ve messed up almost every item I ordered. They completely forgot my entire side of fired pickles and put tomatoes on everything I asked them not to our tomato on. Sick of paying for “good food” to only be disappointed when it arrives. From now on I’ll order elsewhere.

Had a sign out front advertising buy 10 boneless wings get 10 free. Sat down and ordered and was told that’s the Thursday special. ITS SUNDAY! soooo the sign has been out front for 3 days?! Didn’t get the buy 10 get 10 🙄

poor customer service. order incorrect. when I told the cashier about the inaccuracies. she tells me "I should've told her" with an negative attitude. ended in an argument in lobby in front of other customers.

Ordered online. It was delivered late, only half of what was ordered was in the bag, it was cold, nachos/fried pickles were soggy, paid extra for sauces that weren’t in the bag. Sauces were wrong on all the chicken. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience ever.
We’ve eaten here in the past, even spent my sons birthday last year here, and have tried to give this places chances for improvement. It’s been since his birth last September I’ve come here for how awful the service was. Tonight I ordered take out for me and the kids and the whole order was wrong once I got back home.
