Very poor service. Drinks was terrible. Would understand if it was packed but it wasn’t.
I just want to know why an online order that was supposed to be ready at a certain time is not done when I get there and the place is not busy. I understand things happen but this has been every time I come here... I dont usually complain but something needs to happen.
Good hot food but slow service today
I think they nuked my girlfriends cheesy bacon wedges, other than that same ole stuff. Seated ourselves, someone came about 10 minutes later and asked what we wanted to drink. Maybe just go there to have a beer maybe.
Store: 6801 Dixie Hwy, Louisville KY 13 people, but only 5 of us ate. We got there at 9:40pm, hardly anyone in the place. Crappiest service EVER! An hour for food, we asked to see the manager but now it’s been 20 minutes and still no manager. Asked to see manager again, told that she was too busy to come out of the kitchen. A server told us to call corporate if we want to complain! Tamara George the manager wouldn’t even come out to talk to us! Unbelievable!
I never like to complain but for this total S*** show of an restaurant I will make a rare exception. I didn't even order anything but I watched my friends wait over an hour for their meals even thought the place was nearly empty and than wait an additional 20 minutes for a manager who never appeared. They brought out dirty trays with cheese and oil caked all over them on top of everything else, what a disgusting dump BW3 should be ashamed of this location !
waited 25 minutes to get my order taken and got nothing. she walked by 6 times.
The service was awful. We didn’t have our drinks refilled until we were leaving.
Awful service. Sat for 40 minutes tonight without even getting our appetizer that we ordered. Waitress was rude. Unprofessional. Food came out wrong. Workers were yelling back and forth across tables. Sad that the Dixie Highway bdubs has came too.
