Pulmonologist was great Took time explaining Blood draw was fast even though I'm on blood thinners. And they were so polite every one I came in contact with.
Great doctors but the people at the front desk at the transit rd location are the most rude people I have ever had to deal with! Every time I call the lady talks to me like I'm stupid and gives me a hard time about everything! Don't know how she still has a job there I'm not the only person she doses it to either. I've been there at the office and watched her do it to other people. If I ever talked to a customer like that the way she does I would be fired.
I went Monday to have a form of skin cancer removed dr did a great job
I went to the same day clinic tonight for back and hip pain. I received excellent care from all the staff. They saw I was in a lot of pain so they took all my vitals in the care room so I did not have to keep getting up and down. Then they got me a wheelchair to go down to X-ray. Thank you for friendly and professional service.
This office allows me to go days without prescription refills even when my pharmacy requests them. When I call in I'm told it will be looked into at some point. So unprofessional.
Bmg doesn't care about their employees let alone the patients, I worked under the cbo office and the director is racist and threatened by anyone who is smarter than her. I will never have anything good to say about this place and it's people, they only care about $$$$$.
