They really care about making you feel well in this office
What a joke! Called five days ago to make an appt. No answer. I left a message, it said will call back within 24 hours. Still waiting. I could top that called my cardiologist on the way to Buffalo General. Still waiting for a call back 1 1/2 years later. Must be the same office staff from the failed Buffalo Cardiogy and Pulmunary. If a zero was a choice that's what it would be.
A huge thank you to the Essjay after hours staff last night! I️ was having a reaction to a medication and by the time I️ could get there after work it was just about closing time. They took me in and treated me and stayed late without any word of complaint! I️ really appreciated the extra effort!!
I work for a specialty physician outside of BMG, and trying to obtain records for patients that have been referred to us for treatment is like pulling teeth. I called 5 separate times as well as faxing over several legal records request with the ROI department for the same patient, AND STILL never received the records. No wonder people have nothing but bad things to say about this group. Totally insensitive to people's time and efforts to treat patients properly.
