We left our allergist after my son had been a patient for 8 years. His administrative staff were terrible. We got in at Buffalo Med group quickly for a new patient visit (1 week!). Which was amazing because my son needed school and camp papers filled out and a new epi pen prescription. All taken care of. I love when people understand that some things can’t be pushed off for months, oh, like medication for a life-threatening allergy. (This indifference is why we left our last practice). We will be back!
It was a nice clean atmosphere very quick check in and didn’t have to really wait to be called at my appointment time.
I have been a patient of Dr Kohli for 25 years and he and his staff are the best people I have ever had the privilege of working with !! I only wish that all the primary doctors took my insurance, I would move in a heart beat !!!! If you are having kidney issues I highly recommend Dr Romish Kohli♥️
I was recently discharged as a patient from Buffalo Medical Group for a rather heated voicemail message I left at their billing department. My doctor moved from lifetime to BMG.i had to see two different specialist which were easy to get into seeing. My primary is a different situation. Made my first appointment for January, got a call she wouldn't be in the office and I need to reschedule. Next appointment for April. Had to be seen for a medical emergency problem. (Thank you). It was a wonderful thing to have an appt at a certain time and get there and not have to wait!! Very professional staff, friendly atmosphere. Love it!
first doctor was 8 months waiting list then found another I waited 4 months for an appointment and the morning of my appointment I pull into office and they called and canceled called back to make an appointment another two weeks. BIGGER IS NOT BETTER this place is horrible and treat you like a number, its all about the money. Appointment taker was not friendly at all.
