Just don't bother as they clearly do not. Waited 4 months for an appointment, only to show up and be told that they wouldn't know when the doctor would be in. Seeing as they made time to call to remind of appointment, call again to change my primary, and then call once more to have $130 upfront (I have insurance).
I have been a patient for over 20 yrs. The BMG has cared for my entire family and really was there for us during some very difficult illnesses, and end of life care. I truly appreciate all you do for us. My hope is that the BMG evolves and incorporates patient centered , evidenced based addiction medicine practices, based in Science. To follow the health and human standards. This epidemic is here to stay and families need this area addressed just like any other disease. Saw Christina at the ENT office. She's very thorough, knowledgeable and patient.
I been going there almost 10 years now and I love my Doctors, nursing and front desk staff the tech and lab workers I have always had a nice and pleasant visitor they greet me by name and address all my concerns they are truly my extended family glad to be a part of the medial group.
I've been with BMG for years! And I can honestly say my appointment yesterday was awesome!! I was in and out!! No waiting for an hour in the waiting room and then 20 more minutes in the exam room! My visit was very helpful everybody was very pleasent as well thank you Andrea Laudisio 😊
Schedule appointment in late May for Sept 1st, get a letter stating I need to reschedule. First available is December. Does it sound right to you to have patients wait 7 months to get in when you the office/doctor caused the delay?
Staff is wonderful. Didn't have to wait long. Doctor is nice but all business. Hoping to get to the bottom of what my problem is. Going for more tests.
