I have never had any problems with Buffalo Medical Group. They have the best doctors and referrals. I have been going there for years and have never had any problems. They are great!
It was very clean and professional atmosphere . Sam made my son feel as comfortable as possible.
My husband has now missed two appointments for a physical because he was not able to be seen. I could understand perhaps one time, but certainly not twice.
I have been seeing my primary doctor for about 11 years now and I even followed her when she moved to Buffalo Medical Group from another private practice about 1.5 years ago. My primary dismissed her own practices recommendation, refused proper referral, said she thinks I have cancer and when *her* tests come up negative still refuses proper specialist or follow up care. Instead says she wants to rule out underlying psychiatric issues. Mind you all tests haven't been preformed or returned and she will not allow any specialists to see me. Beyond furious and she messed up my leave paperwork so now my job is in jeopardy. I'm filing with the medical board as it seems to fall on deaf ears at BMG.
My appointment was with Dr Lacivita and he took the time to explain what his next course of treatment will be. He has always been straight forward and reassuring.
I had a 10:00 appointment this morning and was not seen until 11:35, and that was only after I started to walk out. They probably saw $$ walking out the door. The way the place is set up there is nowhere to even check in with a receptionist to see how long the wait is. The staff apologized but that is completely unacceptable to keep a patient waiting and hour and a half and not even inform them of any delays.
