Difficult to get in touch with. My primary doesn’t know who I am because she has too many patients. If you come for your appointment on time but there is s long line at reception that makes you late , the MD won’t see you because you are 7 minutes late. Much pressure to use their lab which is Quest when I’d rather use Kaleida. My nephrologist and dermatologist are beyond great
Get to my appointment at 840 ( apt time is 840) to check in, takes a few minutes due to the line and chit chat with the reception area. Get check in, go to waiting room and its 845/850 now. then at 9 they come tell me, there was an emergency with your DR today ( i was seeing the PA anyways) and the PA is booked so since you were late we are canceling your appointment. I use my health insurance and decided to go to the buffalo medical group because i thought you would be better then the VA. I expect treatment like this at the... read more
I recently became a patient of BMG and they have been wonderful. I'm seen on time, and my doctor takes her time with me and doesn't rush through the appointments. Reception staff was also very nice - and easy to schedule appointments. Having MyBMGChart has also made things so easy - I was able to ask my dr. a question, and she responded very quickly!
I love my job at BMG, why you ask, because of the people and the stories they tell. I love working the Same Day Care, it is my wind down time from my other job. My favorite part of my job is the patients. Some come in cracking jokes, or they have a story to tell, or they just spill about how long they have been fighting a cold. I love the surroundings of who I work with and the other people that walk in. Thank you BMG for giving me the opportunity to work for you.
i JUST CALLED BUFFALO MEDICAL GROUP FOR A APPOINTMENT AND THE NEXT APPOINTMENT WOULD BE 6 MONTHS. it IS THE SAME DOCTOR I HAVE BEEN SEEING FOR MANY YEARS. I am looking for a new doctor. They also never answer the phone.
