I was told 8:25 for an appointment and walked in at 8:28, however when I went to check in I was told I was scheduled for 8:15 and there’s a 15 minute grace period and I would have to be rescheduled. The lady at the front desk has no communication or customer service skills and pretty much told me “too bad.” She then tried to call the office several times after I continued to tell her I was told a different time, was within the 15 minute period, and took time off work.
