Buds Fitness is an excellent place for anyone serious about reaching their fitness goals. Whether you're just starting out or looking to push your limits, the team here provides top-notch support and guidance. They also have an ecommerce shop selling fitness equipment. It's a small but comfortable space to train, it doesn't feel overwhelming with lots of machines and has all the right amount of equipment you need for your sessions. Been having 1-1 with Abbie for the past two months now and it was the best decision I’ve ever made she really helps me physically and mentally. I suffer with anxiety so being able to go the a gym that’s designed just for 1-1 is perfect.

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, I don't feel judged at all when I'm there. Effective exercises too, I'm definitely seeing progress :)

Couldn't recommend enough. Abbi is amazing and so welcoming, it's a lovely place and they are totally accommodating for family life. I knew I didn't feel comfortable going to a gym or have a clue what I was doing and Buds has been exactly what I needed!

Liam has taken a gym hating 65 year old to someone who looks forward to his sessions with humour and encouragement plus my body and mind are feeling energised. (Hoping positive review will make my next session will be easier )
