I was very pleased with the service and product that I received from budget blinds. All the window coverings fit and work well, they were delivered when promised and the installer was very efficient in the installation & also very pleasant.
Barbara and Richard were always friendly and professional. Their prices seemed very fair and affordable. Richard even offered a discount coupon which brought the price down even more. I appreciated the house call, with them bringing in samples to look at in the room, rather than having to visit a store or showroom and try to figure it out. If you need window coverings don't look any further! I am one picky you know what and Barbara and the staff at Budget Blinds met my expectations from start to finish! The Hunter Douglas blinds are wonderful and the custom shutters they recommended are a BEAUTIFUL addition to my kitchen. Great product, Great Service and the cost came in it at nearly HALF of the other company I had bid on my windows.
Richard and Barbara Maryatt from Budget Blinds did a fantastic job for us. We recently moved into a new house with NO existing blinds and no sense of what we needed. Richard visited our house 3 times to review product choices, measure windows, and ensure we were completely aligned pre-installation. Richard came to our home and did very, very precise measurements and explained the styles, costs and options for wood plantation shutters for our bedroom. He was extremely pleasant, friendly and professional and made an extra effort to call the mfg'r to find the answer to one of our questions. He gave us complete confidence. I ordered window shades and blinds for all my windows. They measured, then delivered and hung them all. Then when I got new windows and the frames needed to be painted, they came out and took them down, and later rehung them all. I insisted on paying them for this, but they never charged me. I am very happy with this company. Even recommended them to my neighbor and they ordered blinds from them also. Prompt service and reasonable prices. They are just really nice people also !
We were referred to Michelle with Budget Blinds by our realtor. Michelle is fantastic to work with. She was so helpful and patient while presenting us with the various options for our home and in the decision process. She and Richard were thorough with their measurements and the install looks great! After having gone with off-the-shelf options in the past.... we are happy that we chose to go with Budget blinds for our new home. It really is a dramatic difference in quality and service.
1. Richard with Budget Blinds is professional, nice, funny and fast which is fantastic! 2. I researched and decided to get two quotes. I got a quote from 3 Day Blinds and Budget Blinds. Budget was hundreds $ less on our qoute for "real" vs "pho" wood blinds. 3. Customer service is great! If there is a flaw or issue with anything they will fix it ASAP.
