Bethel is amazing! She came to my home to give me a consultation on replacing a 17 year old blind that had failed and determined my blind was still covered under warranty! She worked tirelessly with the manufacturer on the phone to find my original blind and order it. We inspected the other blinds in the house and found 2 more that needed to be replaced under warranty. No cost to me at all. Amazing customer service. I highly recommend Budget Blinds!

Professional experience from beginning to end. Was very impressed with how thorough and attentive to detail they were. From assisting in selecting design of window coverings to Color of blind, to exact measurements....everything was spot on!! And the installers were just as great! They Went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect! Definitely would suggest budget blinds to all my friends...I give them a 10 out if 10!!
