Richard came by to give us an estimate with in days of my initial phone call and the first thing he wanted to know was what we envisioned from our window treatments. Instead of telling us that what we wanted was not possible, he listened to us and then offered suggestions that fit with what we were thinking. He didn't try to pressure us into something we didn't want. Did a great job, very professional lady, I would use them again. They took away the old blinds and the new ones where the French blinds, where they lower from the top or they can raise from the bottom.
Great on Remodel! We replaced our windows including adding new ones and needed new blinds. Barbra was very helpful and patient with us changing our minds. Budget Blinds prices were competitive, great product, and we're happy with the new look.
Richard and his team are simply amazing. Richard met with my wife and I on three different occasions helping us land on what we wanted and how it makes most sense to our family, pets; while still keeping a open ambiance in our fully lit home. I was absolutely impressed with the service from Richard Maryatt. For a number of reasons I was a high maintenance customer and he always managed my requests with grace and promptness. The blinds are great and the price was very competitive.
We had a most excellent experience. Richard Maryatt promptly came to our home and listened to what we wanted (new blinds through the entire house) very carefully. He carefully measured everything while we looked at his book of samples. He was very helpful with giving us advice on what type of blind to choose and the size of the slats. The estimate he provided was explained to us very well. The blinds were later installed. We love how they look! And we feel like we have a new home! I recommend this business very very highly.
Michelle Maryatt provided experienced advice which resulted in beautiful results. She was very professional and the whole process including installation went very smoothly.
Richard came to our condo with books and samples and laid out our options. He made recommendations. He arranged for installation. He followed through to make sure we were satisfied. Couldn't have asked for better advice or service.
