The entire process was smooth. Made an appointment for an estimate and to discuss options. I needed two blinds to block out the brutal summer sun on the french doors in the kitchen. Barbara returned my call promptly and was able to make an appointment for the following day. Richard came to my house exactly on time. He showed me a scrapbook of sample pictures of installed blinds. He took measurements, showed me samples and helped advise me on the best window blinds to get. He took plenty of time to answer all my questions, and was patient while I pondered my options. We had blinds installed in our recently remodeled and new-to-us home. We worked with Michelle, who turned out to be our neighbor down the street! From my initial call for a consultation to installation was a matter of a month, maybe 5 weeks. Some places wouldn't even come for a consultation for a couple of weeks.
