Really disapointed, i had an infection come up after having a treatment, i noticed they do not clean their tools in between clients, they was very rough and did not listen at all to what i wanted ! very disapointed and now have a to seek medical attention.

Conveniently located on Poole High Street, my wife decided to try this place to have her eyebrows done. The lady was friendly and professional. She did a good job and the price was reasonable. One thing to note is that this establishment is cash only so make sure you have cash available. My wife said she would definitely use this place again. Recommended.

Awful salon. I have autism so i have to describe how i like my brows in more detail, they said I was too difficult which is very discrminating. They treated me like an animal. They only want to do their shape and not what you want. No customer care at all. One other lady outside mentioned she does'nt go there anymore either as thry discriminated her to BEWARE!

Went in this afternoon for eyebrow threading. Never been in before as I usually go to Beales but that’s closing down so thought I’d give this place a try and really pleased I did and will definitely be going here from now on. Very friendly lady, did a really nice job, thank you.

I've been coming here for 3 years always got the most relaxing facials and get my brows waxed ans tinted regular super friendly and very professional
