Fast, efficient, friendly
I had my Mercedes serviced at Bud Smail Motor Cars and was more than pleased with the service I received. Dave Basl, Service Manager, was helpful in many ways. In addition, I was provided with a "loaner" vehicle, and when my car was ready, it was delivered to my home, AND it was sparkling clean. I will continue to do business with this dealership.
I recently bought a Mercedes Benz from Bud Smail and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. They truly worked as a whole organization to get the deal done for me. They will truly will get the repeat business from me and others I refer if they continue with great customer service.
Lost me as a customer. Was reluctant to have my car inspected here but the car was already there in the collision center (for almost 7 weeks, was my 1st mistake)...I just wanted my car back so the car went to service where I was told the front rotors wouldn’t pass Inspection. I declined the replacement of two rotors (at the cost of OVER $500). What a surprise when I took my car to another mechanic and AMAZING... my car passed inspection. I will NEVER take my car here for service again. Done with this ripoff dealer!
