I just recently purchased my second new Mercedes from Scott Powell. I drove 3 hours in pouring snow just to buy from this dealership. Not only was Scott an excellent salesman, he went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything about the car, was satisfied with my purchase and made the entire process a great experience.

I took my car in for an oil change and to rotate my tires before taking a trip across the state for my son's hockey tournament in Philadelphia and checked my car upon returning home to find that a lug nut was missing. I am extremely disappointed. This is the second time this has happened at Smail Mercedes. I expect more from a luxury brand. This is not a mistake that can be made by any mechanic!
Rude. Wouldn't fixed a warranty issue on a new car. (air conditioner) They put some freon in it, which lasted about a half hour. Charged us to look at it. We went to Cochran in Monreville, PA and they found the problem and fixed it free of charge under warranty. It was the condenser. And also, they won't return the $137.70 they charged, when it was definitely a factory problem. And after making our appointment for 9 am and not getting to us until after 12:30, they weren't very nice.
