My car had a recall. The day i was at the dealership i found out that a part needed to be ordered. Dave made an appointment for the following week. He arranged to have someone (Don) pick up my car and leave a Loaner. Dave was very courteous and professional when handling the details. Don was pleasant and friendly. He did not rush in when picking up the car and when he returned my car he took time to talk about the work. In addition i had an issue with road line yellow paint on the car. Just bought a new car there. The sale went smoothly, everyone was pleasant. The dealership is clean and bright. Getting used to my first SUV, but I think I am going to love it!
