I hate car shopping with a passion but Anthony Polvinale at Bud Smail Motor Cars did a great job of helping me find a car that was just what I was looking for in a smaller SUV style. The service department took great care of my 2013 E350 - cost was a tad bit high, but everything was brought up to speed according to the requirements of Mercedes.
Outstanding customer service provided when bringing vehicle in for service. They went out of their way (75 miles!) to make sure the job was done right.
