I just purchased a glc300 and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had! The sales team was very helpful and not pushy in any way. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a mercedes!
I hate car shopping with a passion but Anthony Polvinale at Bud Smail Motor Cars did a great job of helping me find a car that was just what I was looking for in a smaller SUV style. He made the process painless and I am very happy with my new car. I will refer my colleagues to Anthony so that he can assist them as well.
The service department took great care of my 2013 E350 - cost was a tad bit high, but everything was brought up to speed according to the requirements of Mercedes.
Outstanding customer service provided when bringing vehicle in for service. They went out of their way (75 miles!) to make sure the job was done right.
I hate car shopping but with that being said the staff at Bud Smail Mercedes Benz made it easy and enjoyable. They helped me find what I was looking for and in the price point that I wanted to be within. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will return in the future.
