I am very happy with the ongoing maintenance I continue to receive for my Mercedes at Bud Smail. They treat the customer with the respect they deserve and I always leave happy knowing the job was done right at a fair price. Thanks!
I know I bought a luxury car and expect to pay a premium for parts and service but I was recently quoted a price of $1,200.00 for four Michelin tires that cost $799.00 at the Michelin dealer. This is no way to treat loyal customers.
Once again the service was awesome. Thanks to the guys in service . A+
Compliments to Bud Smail Mercedes-Benz for the awesome service on my car. For the first time since I have owned 3 Mercedes (bought through another dealer), I actually felt that I got the service that I always heard Mercedes gave. So impressed even when I called in to make the appointment and explain my disappointment, she listened and Mike at the Service Desk was awesome. Thanks again, BSMB ... it was my pleasure and I am your new client for my next purchase. ~ Dionne Malush REMAX Real Estate Agent
